Mark Ingram Will Be In Dallas Saturday

For those going to Dallas Saturday, there will be an opportunity to see – and perhaps get an autograph from – former Alabama great Mark Ingram. It's part of a Sports Illustrated promotion.

The magazine has arranged to have Mark Ingram, who won the Heisman Trophy and led Alabama to the 2009 national championship, and former Michigan 1997 Heisman Trophy winner Charles Woodson at its site on the southeast side of the plaza in parking lot 5 (close to the intersection of Cowboys Way and Legends Way) at Cowboys Stadium in Arlington, Texas.

This is part of a 10-stop tour at marquee games this season. Alabama and Michigan are playing what has been billed in the pre-season as the number one non-conference game of the year. The Crimson Tide, ranked second in the nation, and the Wolverines, ranked eighth in the nation, play in Cowboys Stadium at 7 p.m. CDT Saturday. ABC will televise the game.

Admission to Sports Illustrated's event is free. It is from noon until 7 p.m.

Ingram will appear in an "SI Chalk Talk" session with Ingram from 4:30-5:00, followed by an autograph sessions from 5-6 p.m. Woodson will be interviewed by Patrick 3-4:30.
